Automatic Delivery


Choose our extremely popular Automatic Delivery system for the ultimate in convenience and receive 5% off your initial order. Just set and forget, don't worry about running out of food or even having to go through the ordering process ever again. This method also allows us to organise your order well in advance, so even when a brand is in low supply 'everywhere' we have enough time to get it to you 'on time'.

It's simple, during the ordering process you will be asked whether or not you want Automatic Delivery. If you select 'yes' you then choose how often you would like to receive your order, for example weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc. Simply email us if you ever wish to change the frequency of your delivery, or to add, or change item/s on your order. Of cause you can cancel Automatic Delivery at any time right up to the date of dispatch. Once your order has been completed you will be briefly contacted by us to confirm, and 5% of the total cost of your order (including shipping costs) will be refunded back into your Visa/Mastercard or Paypal. So Go On, tick off a chore on the ever expanding list.

Please note, only customers paying by Visa/Mastercard or Paypal can take advantage of this offer. Product price increases that occur on our website also apply to Automatic Delivery, however, prices charged through Automatic Delivery will always be identical to those available on our website and our prices will always remain highly competitive. The 5% discount is only available once per customer.

A flat rate of $8.99 (including GST) regardless of orders weight applies too the majority of Eastern Australia including, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Canberra, Central Coast, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers, Albury/Wodonga, Wollongong, Blue Mountains, Toowoomba, Mittagong, Bowral, Gosford, Scone, Muswellbrook, Cessnock, Gloucester, Ulladulla, Nowra, Kiama and many other suburbs too numerous to mention. Customers ordering from Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and more remote areas are charged Australia Post rates. The cost of delivery will be displayed before you finalize and pay for your order.

International customers (outside of Australia)
Air Mail rates apply. Technology allows the web sites shopping cart to accurately calculate the applicable Air Mail delivery charge on your order.

Direct Bank Deposit. Our (Pet Store To Your Doors) account details will be provided online once this method of payment is selected during ordering. Please provide your Order ID Number (which you will receive during ordering) as the discription/reference when direct bank depositing so we can easily determine the source of the deposit.

Cheque, Bank Cheque and Money Order. Please write your Order ID Number (which you will receive during ordering) along with the same full name that the order was placed in, on the back of the cheque, so we can easily determine the source of the cheque. All Cheques and Money Orders should be made out to:

We require payment into our account prior to your order being dispatched. If sending a personal cheque, remember to allow for the time it takes for the cheque to clear.

International customers (outside of Australia)
For practical reasons the sole method of payment for international customers (customers outside Australia) is Credit Card payment online. Credit Card payments use Secured Sockets Layer based transactions (SSL), minimum 128 bit encryption, making online payment safe as well as convenient. All transactions will be processed in Australian dollars $AUD.

Delivery Methods

On the order form you are asked to provide us with a spot where the courier can leave your delivery of pet food and accessories if there is nobody home to take delivery. Be as specific as practically possible, example, behind left gate of house, under front verandah etc. We ask that you fill in this section even if you are sure someone will be at the delivery point.

Customers Throughout Australia

Customers within the Sydney Metro and Eastern Australia Flat Rate Delivery areas (refer to 'Delivery Charges') generally receive delivery of dog and cat food and all other pet and animal items via our couriers and contract couriers. Customers in Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and more remote areas who are charged Australia Post rates will have their dog food, cat food, pet food supplies and accessories sent via Australia Post.

International customers (outside of Australia)
Orders are shipped via air mail.

At Pet Store To Your Door we endeavor to handle your as efficiently as possible to ensure your pet food and products are delivered without delay. This is such a vast area that we are only able to give a range of 2 to 6 business days.

International customers (outside Australia)
Customers overseas (outside Australia) may expect delivery within 5 and 10 business days.

Returns

Should you decide you no longer want an item prior to it entering transit, simply e-mail us on orders@petstoretoyourdoor.com.au providing your receipt number, full name (as per your order) and stipulating the item you no longer require. No charge applies.
After you have received your order if you decide you no longer want an item (for whatever reason) we will gladly accept the return of that item, provided it is returned within 14 days, a full refund (not including delivery charges) will be offered. Include the receipt number and the full name of the person/s the order was completed in, with the returned item. Please note that all returns must be unused and in undamaged and unopened original packaging, including any accessories, manuals etc. pertaining to that item. It is your responsibility to organize and pay for the transit costs involved in returning items and to ensure their undamaged return.

Measuring for collar and coat size

When measuring for correct collar size use a tape measure to measure your pets neck, then add on 6 ½ to 7 ½ cm. Check collar size frequently on growing puppies. When measuring for correct coat and jumper size measure from the base of the neck to the start of the tail.

Goods And Services Tax

International customers do not pay Goods and Services tax (GST). Therefore the price of products in the ‘Customers Outside Australia’ section are free of this tax charge.

Customers within Australia must not order from the ‘Customers Outside Australia’ section as GST applies to Australian customers.
